Introduction | مقدمة
A Roman centurion asked Jesus to heal his servant. He felt unworthy to receive Jesus under his roof and trusted that a word from Christ was enough. Jesus marvelled at such faith and healed the servant from a distance. He declared that many would come from east and west to sit at table in the kingdom, while warning against presumption.
قائد مئة روماني طلب من يسوع يشفي خادمه. حس إنه مش مستحق يسوع يدخل بيته ووثق إن كلمة من المسيح تكفي. يسوع اتعجب من الإيمان ده وشفى الخادم من بعيد. أعلن إن ناس من الشرق والغرب هييجوا يقعدوا في الملكوت، وحذر من الاتكال الكاذب.

The Bible Adventure
A Roman centurion asked Jesus to heal his servant. He felt unworthy to receive Jesus under his roof and trusted that a word from Christ was enough. Jesus marvelled at such faith and healed the servant from a distance. He declared that many would come from east and west to sit at table in the kingdom, while warning against presumption.
Read the passage slowly and follow the setting, conflict, response, and outcome. Notice how it teaches that humble trust recognises Christ’s authority and receives mercy across boundaries. God acts in real history: He reveals His Son, confronts evil, welcomes outsiders, heals bodies and souls, forms disciples, and calls people into repentance and love.
