Knowing that His hour had come, Jesus wrapped a towel and washed the disciples’ feet. Peter resisted, but Jesus explained that receiving His cleansing is necessary. He then gave an example: disciples serve one another in humble love. Read the passage in context, notice the human response, and bring its call to prayer, worship, service, and faithful love in the Church today.
