Introduction | مقدمة

On Mount Carmel Elijah confronted Israel’s divided loyalty. The prophets of Baal called for hours, but no answer came. Elijah repaired the Lord’s altar with twelve stones, drenched the offering with water, and prayed that the people would know God and turn back. Fire consumed the offering, and the people fell down confessing that the Lord is God. Rain then ended the drought.

على جبل الكرمل إيليا واجه قلب إسرائيل المنقسم. أنبياء البعل نادوا ساعات ومفيش رد. إيليا صلّح مذبح الرب باتناشر حجر وملأ الذبيحة مياه وصلى إن الشعب يعرف ربنا ويرجع. النار أكلت الذبيحة، والشعب سجد واعترف إن الرب هو الله. وبعدها المطر أنهى الجفاف.

The Bible Adventure

On Mount Carmel Elijah confronted Israel’s divided loyalty. The prophets of Baal called for hours, but no answer came. Elijah repaired the Lord’s altar with twelve stones, drenched the offering with water, and prayed that the people would know God and turn back. Fire consumed the offering, and the people fell down confessing that the Lord is God. Rain then ended the drought.
